Provide ability to run Host Checks against a given host in an already installed
cluster.
Currently, Host Checks are only performed during Confirm Hosts (New Install or
Add Hosts). We should give users an ability to run Hosts Checks against an
already existing host in the cluster.
Hosts > Host1 > Host Actions menu > Run Host Checks
