The failure is due to:
Could not find artifact
org.apache.ambari.contrib.views:ambari-views-commons:jar:2.0.0.0-SNAPSHOT in
oss.sonatype.org (https://oss.sonatype.org/content/groups/staging)
which is not related to this patch.
