In this JIRA the following was done a -L was added which is supposed to follow
the HTTP 307 response code. Well when kerberos is enabled "--location-trusted"
is also needed for curl to send the credentials down the stack. Also just an
FYI this code was changed again but still included the "-L" but in slightly
different format for some Ranger Changes with this JIRA
