Description:
HBase change port number from 60xxx to 16xxx since HBase 0.98, see jira
HBASE-10123 but in ambari source code, there are still a lot of place using
60xxx. Most of them are hard-coded.
for example in ambari-web/app/assets/data/services/summary/hbase.json

I think the good way to change the port number is that do not hard-coded
them, but import from somewhere else. If it is hard to do so, at least change
them to correct port number manually.
