*Expected Result with new work to be done:* User should be able to edit
(add/change) slave dependencies (LIVY_SERVER) as dependency rule is broken
while adding Zeppelin service i.e. Zeppelin mater depends on livy server and
there is no livy server installed on deployed cluster.
*Actual Result as of now:* "Assign Slave and Client component" page is skipped
while adding zeppelin
