Description:
In Oozie new release 4.3.0:
OOZIE-2187 added configuration properties to oozie-site that would let users
specify a default RM/JT and NN to use.
OOZIE-2185 add new oozie-client-env.sh file for users defining environment
variables and can have the oozie cli source them.
I created this JIRA to add the properties into Ambari Oozie configuration
settings.
