By default Ambari won't install and start any Spark Thrift Server so we have to
start it manually.
I would recommend installing and starting one Spark Thrift server as default so
as to avoid duplicate work.
Note: this is only for one and only one Spark Thrift server. We would like to
implement this to multiple Spark Thrift servers in the future.
