Description:
LogSearch should setup acls for solr znode during startup based on specific
properties (if kerberos enabled, set sasl users for znode). After that Solr
still should have full control over the znode.
For that we need to put every zk operations inside logsearch code (instead of
using it in ambari-agent code)
