On the WFM Dashboard, some of the items in the Action menu in the jobs list
don't seem to be working correctly.
I can kill a job with any status, including Succeeded. Doesn't seem you should
be able to kill a succeeded job, since succeeded is a final state.
The Kill function works even if the Kill icon is grayed out, indicating it's
inactive.
The second and third icons have no tool tips.
The third icon doesn't seem to do anything. The only time it's active is when a
job has status of Killed. When I click the icon, nothing happens in the jobs
table.
