Error message in {{StackVersionListener}} has wrong placeholder, resulting in
message with shifted/missing parameters, eg.:

StackVersionListener:128 - ServiceComponent {0} doesn't advertise version,
however ServiceHostComponent INFRA_SOLR_CLIENT on host INFRA_SOLR_CLIENT
