PROBLEM: Clicking save button keeps the dialog window open.
IMPACT: Causes confusion to the user.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
-create workflow
-click save button on top right
-give path to save
-click save
-the window stays open and the user has to click on close.
Suggestion:
The typical save dialog box, should be a cancel and save. If user cancels, then
box closes. If user clicks save and is able to save close the dialog. If
there is an error saving, then show the error.
When job is submitted, the dialog stays open
IMPACT: user has to again to close,

STEPS TO REPRODUCE:*
go to designer part,
create a new workflow with a simple node
submit it.
Suggestion, it should only leave it open if an error occurs. Once submitted
successfully it should just close dialog.
