On the 800-node cluster, the "Ambari Server Performance" alert gets triggered
repeatedly.
There's a check to do GET on the cluster resource with thresholds 3 seconds for
warning and 5 seconds for critical. On the perf cluster this is taking longer
than 10 seconds, twice the critical threshold.
The Ambari Server alert has triggered more than 102 times in the past 24 hours,
and the last GET cluster check took about 12 seconds.
