When Grafana is set up with a reverse proxy with sub path
(http://docs.grafana.org/installation/behind_proxy/), Ambari Metrics datasource
plugin does not work.
With the subpath "/grafana", Grafana is making calls with incorrect URLs to the
Metrics Collector.
