Description: Provide Handlebars helper for adding data-qa attribute, (was:
We need to avoid using bootstrap and other class names for xpath in QE tests,
as these class names are changed from time to time during refactoring, changing
markup, removing/adding new styles. But at the same time we need to have some
way to find xpath for all elements we need. In this task special Ember helper
will be provided. This helper will add data-qa attribute for html elements to
use it for xpath in tests.)
