The -1 message by Hadoop QA for patch build failure

should include a directly link to [Maven's
output|https://builds.apache.org/job/Ambari-trunk-test-patch/11358/artifact/patch-work/patchJavacWarnings.txt].
Currently one needs to take the "console output" link, remove the {{console}}
part, then follow the {{patchJavacWarnings.txt}} link from the build artifacts
list.
