During HDP upgrade if any host goes to OUTOFSYNC only way is to modify the
database to fix OUTOFSYNC issues.
1. There is should be some mechanism/option in the UI to let customer mark the
host as upgraded if he knows that host/component is already upgraded (user can
login and check the host to see if HDP are already upgraded)
2. some of the OUTOFSYNC host issues can be fixed/resolved by restarting the
components. there should be some INFO/message in the UI to let user know about
restarting the components.
Any other improvements around this OUTOFSYNC would be very helpful as many
customers are hitting these issues.
