The failure seen is in ambari-server code and can't be related to my UI change.

java.lang.AssertionError: expected:<6> but was:<7>
        at 
org.apache.ambari.server.state.UpgradeHelperTest.testServiceCheckUpgradeStages(UpgradeHelperTest.java:1091)
