Fix For: 2.5.1
Need to change the arrangement of the action buttons in project manager. While
asking for confirmation to delete the workflow from history, 'Delete' button is
placed at left and 'Close' is on the right.
But its a usual practice to keep the action button on the right and less
important 'Close' button on the left.
