There are 3 resource providers which should begin exposed the repository ID by 
default on all responses, even minimal responses:

- {{RepositoryResourceProvider}}
- {{RespositoryVersionResourceProvider}}
- {{CompatibleRepositoryVersionResourceProvider}}

This will allow anyone querying these endpoints to reference a repository 
uniquely, instead of by version.
