_Objectives_:
- Allow users to write their own Sink implementation for various MetricsSources
in AMS like Raw data, aggregated data (Cluster/Host) to enable send AMS metrics
to any external system.
- Define Metrics sources for raw and aggregated data to be flushed to sinks if
such a sink is defined
- Allow configurable caching of data to allow different source and sink
intervals.
- Provide default FS sink (testing) and Http sink (Point to a system that can
stream in http data)
