Failure to find serviceadvisor:serviceadvisor:jar:1.0.0.0-SNAPSHOT in
https://oss.sonatype.org/content/groups/staging was cached in the local
repository, resolution will not be reattempted until the update interval of
oss.sonatype.org has elapsed or updates are forced -> [Help 1]
