Description:
STR:
1.Select a service (ex.Flume) and click Manage Config Groups,add a new config
group that contains any hosts
2.Add any config (ex.flume-conf) for new config group
2.Stop and delete Flume service
3.Open Add Service Wizard and select any service,click next will throw 500
error (see attached two pictures).

Solution:
When you delete a service ,you also should delete related config groups
> Adding a deleted service that contains config groups will report 500 error
