{{ambari-server setup --database}} always updates
{{server.jdbc.connection-pool}} based on database type: {{c3p0}} for MySQL,
{{internal}} for all other RDMBS types. It should force {{c3p0}} for MySQL,
but should retain any existing setting for others.
