Summary: Stacks and Versions Page Doesn't Show Stacks From

After registering a repository from a vendor which is different from the
installed stack, the stacks and versions page doesn't show the new stack (even
though it is compatible with the existing stack.
STR:
- Install non-HDP stack
- Upgrade to Ambari 2.5.2
- Register a new repository for HDP 2.6
- Navigate to the stacks and versions page
You'll see an image similar to what is attached to this Jira. The REST API
seems to be indicating that the HDP stack is compatible and should be shown.
