Fix For: 2.6.0
Repositories in the "Stacks and Versions" page can now be hidden since there
could be repos which are in a non-removable state (such as INSTALLED) but would
otherwise clutter this view.
There should be a be a way to view hidden repositories and allow them to be
made visible again.
