Summary: Add 0.7.x stack definition for Zeppelin

Currently, in Zeppelin, there are two stack definitions 0.6.0.2.5 and
0.6.0.3.0. The ideas of this Jira are following:
- rename 0.6.0.2.5 to 0.6.0
- delete redundant 0.6.0.3.0
- create another defination for 0.7.x as 0.7.0
