Description:
As part of starting HSI (LLAP + Hive2/HiveServer2), If LLAP can't be brought to
*RUNNING* or *RUNNING_ALL* state as far as containers are concerned, we bail
out on starting HSI. As part of this, LLAP process continues to run, even
thought the acceptable state is not reached.
Fix: When bailing out, call slider stop and destroy.
