Summary: Manage config groups at Add Service Wizard doesn't show
host with selected components from filter

STR is as below:
- Add Spark2 to an already deployed cluster
- Choose hosts for masters and slaves at Assign masters and assign
slaves/clients page
- At customize Services page create a config group for spark2
- Need to assign hosts based on what was selected in assign masters or assign
slaves page. so went ahead for adding hosts and chose the component from
Components dropdown filter.
*Issues*
- No host is shown for any of the components selected.
- Also in the screenshot attached we can see the number of hosts selected is
shown incorrectly as *1-0 of 0*
