Similar to "installed_count" property which provides the info about how many
hostComponents are STOPPED, can we add an InstalledWithMaintenanceModeOffCount
property which provides the number of hostComponents which are stopped AND in
maintenance mode? This is required to compute whether start/start all button
should be enabled or not.
