Stack and Versions page is stuck while trying to install a new stack
STR:
1) Install BigInsights-4.2 cluster with Ambari 2.2.x
2) Upgrade Ambari to 2.5.2.0
3) Upgrade Ambari to 2.6.0.0
4) Register stack HDP-2.6.3.0
5) Click Install On button to install the newly registered stack. Stack and
Versions page is stuck here
