As part of the move towards HDP 3, we'll be upgrading HBase from 1.1.2 to HBase
2.0.
This task is used to track the work necessary to make Ambari metric services
compile and run against HBase 2.0.
All underlying system integration tests and unit tests should also be running
against HBase 2.0.
