Enable or Disable SSO upon setting sso-configuration values.
The action performed by the user via the REST API to set value for the Ambari
server sso-configuration value should trigger a call to the stack advisor and,
using the returned recommendations, set properties needed to enable or disable
SSO integration for the relevant services.
