As of now in below location:

# Deploy HDP-3.0 cluster using Ambari-2.7
# Register patch VDF for HDP-3.0.0.4-3 version (see vdf30-hdfs.xml attached)
# Install packages and let it complete (note that VDF is for HDFS patch, so
only 'hadoop' packages are installed)
# Try an Upgrade from Ambari web UI
*Result*
Upgrade is not allowed for both EU and RU. This is because the upgrade packs
for Patch EU, Patch RU are missing
We probably need to add entries inside an 'upgrades' dir here:
