Fix For: 2.7.0
For ubuntu, where we reading full package list in the system, we need switch
from {{ReaderStrategy.BufferedQueue}} to {{ReaderStrategy.BufferedChunks}} to
make it faster
It should drop execution time from 1+ minute to around 10 seconds
