Summary: Repo URLs show on the Add service UI are not correct for
custom service

*Reproduction Steps:*
1. Migrated from IOP 4.2.5 and bigsql 4.2.5 to HDP 2.6.2 and bigsql 5.0.1
2. Upgraded to HDP 2.6.3 and bigsql 5.0.2
3. From menu add DSM service and run through the wizard.
*Expected Results:*
On add service wizard, the review page should show the correct repos.
*Observations:*
On add service wizard, the review page doesn't show the correct repo for
bigsql. It showed one from 2017 Aug for Big SQL 501. It should have shown the
one for Big SQL 502 from 2017 Nov.
The stacks and versions page shows the correct 5.0.2 repo, as well as repoinfo
.xml. I also went ahead and installed DSM, and noticed that the correct dsm
version was installed:

[root@xx]# yum info IBM-DSM.noarch
