In ambari-2.7, the dropdowns in the following screens do not conform to the
rest of the UI.
# Host Details Page -> Configs -> Change Config Group -> Groups !Screen Shot

# Host Details Page -> Alerts -> Filters (Service, Status) !Screen Shot

Whereas dropdowns in other pages, e.g. HDFS -> Configs -> Config Group have a
