When attempting to use Oozie, Hive, Superset, and Druid with an external MySQL
database the jar is not properly placed in each service so startup fails. Even
after running the ambari-server setup pointing to a MySQL connector jar prior
to install, we still see exceptions where the jar is not in the class path.
The reason is that db connection properties in ambariLevelParams are not
updated after modifying ambari.properties.
