The logic around the request for config properties in the installer needs to be
updated to work with multiple mpacks. It needs to request configs for each
mpack (stack) version being installed and display them all on the config screen.
NOTE: For now, we do not have the same service appearing in more than one
mpack. We will need to deal with this case in the future.
