Deploy step fails due to a change to the service_config_versions API. Error
message:
{code:none}
The properties [ServiceConfigVersion/service_config_version_note,
ServiceConfigVersion/stack_id] specified in the request or predicate are not
supported for the resource type ServiceConfigVersion.

Need to remove the properties that are no longer supported.
