* Unable to browse HDFS file system if directory name has any special
characters such as "*source=test*"
* Provides Server status "400" & server message as "File doesn't exist"
* Able to access the same dataset using "CLI" & also get "200" response while
using Web HDFS REST API
*NOTE*: Haven't faced this issue in Ambari version 2.6. Was able to browse
dataset folder which has special character in it's name such as "source=test"
