In order to enable Kerberos for Hive MetaStore we need a property in
{{core-site}}, which is ignored by Ambari if HDFS is not present. Hive
Metastore start fails due to empty {{core-site}} with:

KeeperException$InvalidACLException: KeeperErrorCode = InvalidACL for
/hive/cluster/delegationMETASTORE/keys
