Ambari Metrics Grafana is reporting 94.9 Avg Num Regions per RegionServer
compared to HBase UI RegionServers sections which is showing 186 - 192 regions
for all 8 regionservers.
Time picker is set to last hour and HMaster UI is refreshed so it's not a
misaligned reporting time issue.
