When changing Ranger External URL the change cascades to other dependent
services, which is good, but if you revert the change by doing Make Current on
an older version, the revert is not applied to all the cascading services.
I've worked around this by making the change explicitly rather than using a
config revert so that it appears like a normal new change and is propagated to
other services.
