When Oozie SSL (https) is configured, the Workflow Manager view cannot complete
loading.
It's failing to follow the redirect from http://oozie-host:11000 to
https://oozie-host:11443.

Options to fix:
- a) Better detect that https is enabled for Oozie. Ambari Quicklinks link to
https so it is detecting it properly.
- b) Configure view to follow the 301 REDIRECT

This can be worked around by manually maintaining the entire view cluster
configuration. But this is a large overhead to manage for something (https) is
standard in most installation and means updating the view configuration every
time the cluster configuration changes.
