ClassPath used by on the client side is:
/usr/hdp/<NEW.HDP.VERSION>/hadoop/lib/hadoop-lzo-0.6.0.${NEW.HDP.VERSION}.jar
LzoPackage is installed lazily therefore it's not available at the server side.
