for import in India or any *[BIS
certificate|https://www.alephindia.in/bis-certificate.php]* is required to
import goods within the domestic territory of India. *[BIS certificate for
import in India|https://www.alephindia.in/import-export-licence.php]* or Bureau
of Indian Standards certificate for import in India when a company or firm
imports goods like electronics products as well as the Information technology
or we can say the IT products in the domestic territory of India.
Moreover, without the BIS certificate for import in India or the Bureau of
Indian Standards certificate for import in India imports of the electronic as
well as IT products is strictly banned by the Indian govt because of the
quality assurance of the products that are being imported.
