I create a cluster containing HDFS/ZK/Solr Service by Ambari.
Solr startup failed during the startup service phase.
I found that the reason for Solr startup failed was that Solr startup before
Zookeeper-server by default on Ambari.
This is not correct because Solr is dependent on ZK .
