RHEL 8 supports python 3.6, python 3.8, python 3.9 and python 3.11. In RHEL 9
and OpenEuler 22.03, Python 3.9 is the default Python. To support RHEL 8, RHEL
9 and OpenEuler 22.03 at the same time, I think Ambari should support Python
3.9.
