Description:
In service install wizard Assign Slaves and Clients page, when we click all for
a component the disabled host should be unchecked still.
As the attached picture show, we do not want the Trino coordinator and worker
installed on same host, so we set the worker host select checkbox was disabled
for the host of Trino coordinator, but this host can also be selected when
click all in table header.
