Description: As part of the ongoing effort to rewrite the Ambari Web UI
from Ember to React (under ambari-web/latest/), this story implements the
cluster dashboard surface — the landing page seen after login — including the
widget rendering infrastructure and the cluster-level metrics widgets that
visualize cluster health in real time. (was: As part of the ongoing effort to
